Thanks to Kitaghy on this one:
Tori and I were trying to get into the same instance and the server was having issues, saying that we were already in the same instance. However, we couldn't see each other, etc.. even tho' we were in the same group.
Remedy:
Over top of the mini-map on the top right of the screen is an arrow pointing down.
Click on that.
-Show Quest Indicators
-Select Instance
Click on "Select Instance".
We just both clicked on the exact same instance and went into that one. We then were both able to see each other and continue with our question.
